What is The Art of Selling Art?

It's a 2,5-hour online workshop to learn the tools and insights to sell your art for better prices and gain knowledge about the art world to tap into a larger network.

To be an artist is a profession. Maybe it’s the hardest profession there is. Probably it’s the most rewarding one. However, very few tools are given to artists in terms of how one’s art can sustain one’s livelihood. It’s considered a norm these days that artists have a day job (or two), and have to carve out the time in between to create art. We will tell you right here and now - this should never be the norm. Your profession can bring you a generous income. As long as you approach it as such and know the rules of the system you are working within.

Founded in June 2020 in the midst of the pandemic to provide a platform for people curious to learn how to express themselves better. Whether you're a professional writer or artist or simply want to share more truthfully and creatively, Voices Unleashed supports you on your journey. We do this through events, workshops, retreats, and artist management.

Voices Unleashed Academy is our workshop branch. The Academy only collaborates with proven artists and teachers to offer quality-over-quantity workshops and retreats. Your facilitators all have extensive professional backgrounds in performance arts, writing, embodiment, visual art, curriculum design and teaching modalities to ensure you are guided in a pace that's right for you. 

ABOUT NATALIA DOROSHENKO MURRAY, MFA

Natalia is an art educator, curator and art gallery owner. She has a master's degree in Contemporary Art History and Curating of Contemporary Art.

In 2020 she launched an education program "How to Stop Being Afraid of Contemporary Art" at the cultural foundation in Barcelona and she is currently teaching an extended art course "Contemporary Art. From Impressionists to a 2 Million Dollar Dead Shark".

Natalia is a founder of the Kontrapunkt art gallery and is an author of a popular art blog @art_unlocked. She is also a founder of cultural agency Art Circle in Spain and Indonesia and online academy for artists “Make Art Make Money” that helps artists succeed in the art market.

Natalia is currently working on a book about contemporary art for beginners.
