The Art of Transformational Sleep: Awakening Nidra Shakti

This is a deep, transformative, and profoundly nourishing three-day immersion into the cosmic embrace of Nidra Shakti, the Goddess of Sleep, deep rest, and primordial consciousness.

Rather than treating Yoga Nidra as merely a technique or a practice, we gather to commune with Nidra Shakti as a living state of being. She is the divine doorway into consciousness itself, guiding us through the layers of body, breath, thought, and intuition to return us to our true home: the source of all existence.

Having held space for groups in Bali for twenty years, my deepest passion is facilitating this reunion with the Divine Mother of Rest. So often, we are afraid of our own vast power, creating obstacles that keep us from truly letting go. Through Her grace, we confront and dissolve the deepest fear of all, which is the fear of completely relaxing into who and what we actually are. Resting in Nidra Shakti is like coming home to the ultimate cosmic hug, a sweet and sacred embrace where your true nature is remembered and restored.

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
