The Egg are dance technicians, they play live rocktronic, funk and house inspired big textural dance music, using electronic and live instruments with video triggers, samples and live and vocodered vocals inspired by Pink Floyd, DFA Records, New Order, Underworld, Air, George Clinton, Primal Scream.

Their long awaited 5th studio album ‘Galactic Love Machine’ produced/ co written with Greg Hunter (The Orb, Dubsahara) on loop da loop records, features ‘The Sun is Flat” – Just licensed on Cafe Del Mar’s summer comp and A-listed on UK’s Chill FM.

The band are well known on the UK festival circuit and the club scene, enjoying a worldwide hit with the massive Tocadisco electro-house remix of ‘Walking Away’ and the David Guetta bootleg that followed. (no.3 UK charts, no.1 in Spain 6 weeks), and the biggest selling dance tune in the world.

They have played throughout Europe, Australia and Brazil, and USA jam scene, playing alongside USA jam bands such as Lotus, Disco biscuits @ Nokia Theatre, Time Sq, NYC.
The band’s 4th studio album ‘Something To Do’ (2012) featured Sophie Barker (Zero 7) & Ulrich Schnauss. Singles included ‘Catch’ and ‘Electric City’ remixes from Psychemagik and more.
