• The Heart of Tea, Fundamentals Course is highly recommended for most people as this course will expand upon the information taught in the heart of tea course.
• This course requires a fundamental understanding of the main types of tea and their processing and fundamental understanding of tea preparation.
• If you are practiced in tea preparation and have a good understanding of the main types of tea and their processing and you want to expand on this information then this course is for you.

Dragon Tea Temple, Bali's newest and most beautiful place for tea practice and enjoyment. It’s a place where high quality design meets simple practicality. It’s a fusion between Chinese Zen and Japanese Wabi-Sabi.

• 24 years professional working experience in the tea industry

• Tea shop owner in Healdsburg, California and Ubud, Bali

• Travel to Yunnan, China in 2010 to study, practice and source tea

• 7 years professional working experience as an instructor in yoga and culinary arts
