Yintelligence is an introspective experience where we move from the static to the ecstatic, where we find inspiration from the stillness of yin poses and explore how we can move more within them. This practice is infusing slow movement, mobility therapy, and somatic yin into a more sustainable, inclusive, and adaptable practice and opens up for a deeper understanding of the human body.

This training is open for both teachers and students, where we will learn about joint health, myofascial relaxation, soft strength, and allowing the shape of water to inspire us to move more freely. What you will learn through this training is how to practice and teach Yintelligence in your own creative ways. It will improve your confidence as a teacher, and give you a wider selection of tools to make your classes more expressive and encompassing for your students.
