For three hours, The Joy Awakener invites you into a journey through sound, movement, emotion and aliveness.

A soft landing into the body. Space to breathe, arrive, listen and reconnect with yourself before the journey starts to rise.

From there, the music gradually builds, rhythm, intensity and energy unfolding layer by layer until the room is invited into its first peak.

Then we come back down.

From that place, the journey opens into release, an invitation to move what you’ve been carrying, to let the body express what words sometimes cannot.

And once space has been created, something else can enter.

Joy.

Playfulness. Freedom. Connection. Celebration.

The music rises again into a second peak, this time not from tension, but from aliveness, before gradually guiding us back toward stillness, softness and integration.
