The Practise Playground

Deepening Dialogue Through the Body

For Singles | Couples | Leaders | Facilitators

Intensive | 11-13 Sept | The IN Movement, Ubud

Partner practice. Close instruction. No experience needed.

—

Led by Mo Latin

Relationship Guide | 7th Dan Instructor, Bujinkan Ninjutsu

Two decades in Leadership and Relationship work.

—

Our bodies are in conversation before we say a word, responding instantly to another’s tone, posture or facial expression.

Within seconds, our intention to stay open and relaxed can become pulling away, pushing back, pleasing, trying too hard … or wanting to escape.

The body has already responded before the mind catches up … and now another familiar moment needs cleaning up.

The same patterns show up in intimate relationships and leadership.

—

“I loved noticing what went missing - breath, posture - I found that really valuable”

Olivia B | Australia

—

Self Mastery in Relational Practice

The Practice Playground brings these patterns into view through playful engagement with others.

Partnered practice and reflection reveal your relational habits through the body, in ways conversation alone cannot.

You move, notice, reflect … then practise new ways of being.

This creates fresh reference points your body remembers.

Mastery Comes Through Joyful Practice

—

“I enjoyed the playfulness of it all, the varied activities and how they interrelate and there is the constant theme(s) woven throughout. The feeling of safety created an environment for me to fully show up.”

Luke D | Australia

Relational Practice Through the Body

Unscripted: Moving Beyond Habbit

Dissolve habitual tensions and internal dialogue through shared freeform movement.

Partner Attunement: Listening Through the Body

Practise sensitivity and response … connection without thought … in spontaneous dynamic play.

Weapons Play: Dancing With Danger

Blunt training swords (picturred) reveal your patterns under pressure, as you practise staying relaxed and responsive.

The Art of Holding: Being Held, Letting Go

Deepen trust in self and other through shared practice in leading, yielding, trust and boundaries.

—

“I had no idea how much I’d love the sword.”

Olivia B | Australia

—

This training is for you if:

  • You want deeper, more honest connection
  • You learn through direct experience
  • You are willing to see what happens at your edge
  • You are open to committed, playful practice

Come alone or with a partner. All genders, relationships, and levels welcome.

—

“It’s wonderful to share this in a mixed gendered context - it provides such grounds for healthy relating”

Tania S | Australia

—
