Vinyasa Cakra Flow
Our Vinyasa Cakra Flow series takes you on a journey through the Cakras (energy centres in the body) with each session focusing on a different Cakra, its corresponding element and body part. These classes can be done on their own or as a progressive series to clear blockages, increase mindfulness, and energise and strengthen your physical and energetic systems.

‘Muladhara’ / Root Cakra / Earth element
This session focuses on connecting to the qualities of ‘Earth’ element to strengthen our base – our root chakra and foundations. With an emphasis on alignment and bandha activations (muscular activations around a joint complex), we create strength, stability and grounding in our foundations to support a safe and easeful practice.

Level 2 – mixed level with intermediate options/faster pace/ dynamic/strong

These classes are meant to be a financially accessible offering. We’ve created a tier system to offer what you can, please see below.

Discounted

70,000 IDR - inclusive of booking fees.
The ‘Discounted’ fee is a 50% reduction on our regular drop in class prices yet significantly contributes to covering basic operating costs. 

Gratitude

130,000 IDR - inclusive of booking fees.
The “Gratitude” tier reflects our regular class pricing, covering our true costs, and offers an opportunity for those with greater financial capacity to support others in accessing this work. 

Team Support

200,000 IDR - inclusive of booking fees.
The  “Team Support” tier offers an opportunity for those with greater financial capacity to support others in accessing this work as well as supporting the Flowers and Fire Staff Team. In gratitude for your generosity we you will have permanent access to the recorded version of this class.
