Are you ready to stop carrying the stories that define you? Are you ready to be witnessed for all that you are?

Undefined Woman is a weekly women’s writing circle where we come together to experience the deep connection that becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to be with the stories we have pushed down.

Through meditation, free writing, ritual and reflection, we give those stories a voice. Not to remain inside them, but to create space beyond them — to meet ourselves and each other more freely, honestly and without judgement.

Through this process, we create a sisterhood where we can be all of ourselves and find freedom alongside one another.

Nothing you write needs to be shared and no writing experience is needed.
