Dance is one of the oldest forms of expression known to humans. Through the ages, dance has helped us to express our creative energy, our feelings, overcome energetic blockages and tell stories. In this workshop, I teach dancers and beginners to view and feel their bodies as a collection of matter in space and how to move themselves through different planes, how to create shapes and patterns with movement and how to tell stories. I provide them with tools to teach themselves through inspiration and imitation. We feel the two-way connection between our bodies and our consciousness and explore that connection in different ways.
