Ricardo is an experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher (RYT 500+) with over five years of teaching experience across the Netherlands, Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia. With a background in the Elite Naval Marine Corps and as a personal trainer, he brings a strong understanding of biomechanics, discipline, and functional movement into his yoga teaching.
His classes emphasize the body–mind connection, somatic exploration, and intelligent alignment, creating transformative experiences that support holistic wellbeing.
