Oshom invites you to celebrate a magical christmas on its cliffside shores. A celebration filled with seaside charm, culinary indulgence, and dynamic beats.
Celebrate the magic and joy of christmas with a specially curated christmas menu designed by Sabrina Alatas from The Grumpy Chef to delight your palate paired with a dynamic music curation. 

The celebration will continue on from the 24th of December to the 26th of December with engaging christmas experience for you to enjoy!
Day Pass will be available on sale at the hotel's reception: IDR 500,000 / person / day (does not include dinner).

Sabrina Alatas, widely known as The Grumpy Chef, is a Jakarta-born, Bali-based culinary artist whose work blends classical French technique, modern Asian influence, and deep Indonesian heritage. Her straightforward personality, unmistakable edge, and honest approach to food have made her one of Indonesia’s most recognizable private dining chefs.

Since 2018, Sabrina has built The Grumpy Chef into a sought-after private dining experience—known for intimate, story-driven menus and unforgettable tableside presence. Her private dinners attract loyal clients, brands, and international guests who seek something beyond standard dining: raw, honest flavors with refined execution.

 

Live Bio-Gastro Synth (Sonic Experience) by Bottlsmoker.

Bottlesmoker is a dynamic dance/electronic duo hailing from Bandung, Indonesia. The creative forces behind this audiovisual project are Anggung Suherman (Angkuy) and Ryan Adzani (Nobie). In addition to being producers, film score composers, lecturers, and sound designers, they are passionate about exploring and reimagining native rhythms from Indonesia and Southeast Asia within an electronic context. 

With a blend of old and new, analog and digital, Bottlesmoker creates a truly unique sonic and visual experience. Their musical palette spans genres, traversing tribal beats, techno pulses, Pacific vibes, psychedelic textures, downtempo grooves, and ambient atmospheres. This continuous expansion of sound and visual elements adds captivating layers to their artistic expression. 

Bottlesmoker continues to push boundaries and explore new sonic territories, captivating audiences worldwide with their innovative blend of electronic music, indigenous influences, plants, nature and striking visuals. Their musical journey extends beyond music stages, as they have also participated in art galleries and sound art exhibitions.
