WORKSHOP | AYURVEDIC & NUTRITIONAL FOUNDATIONS FOR A STRONGER HEALTHIER FAMILY with Divyangana
WORKSHOP | AYURVEDIC & NUTRITIONAL FOUNDATIONS FOR A STRONGER HEALTHIER FAMILY with Divyangana
Ayurveda and modern nutrition share a common intention: to restore balance within the body so we can experience sustained energy, a strong immune system, and a clear, calm mind. When these two approaches are combined, we move beyond simply “eating healthy” and begin to build a truly holistic foundation for life—one that supports the body, mind, and emotions in a deeply integrated way.
This journey is guided by Divyangana Choudhary, an International Health Coach from India specializing in hormone and gut health, with a strong foundation in Ayurveda. She has completed an extensive 1,750-hour traditional Hatha Yoga teacher training at the Isha Yoga Center, and brings a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology into her teachings—bridging ancient wisdom with modern science in a way that is both practical and transformative.
At the heart of Ayurveda is the understanding that each individual is unique. Every person carries a specific constitution, or dosha—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and imbalances in these energies often manifest as common health concerns such as digestive issues, hormonal disruptions, fatigue, or emotional instability. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, this approach encourages a personalized path to healing, helping individuals understand their own bodies and what they truly need to return to balance.
From a nutritional perspective, food is more than just fuel—it is information that directly influences our hormones, metabolism, mood, and overall vitality. Ayurveda deepens this understanding by emphasizing that how we eat is just as important as what we eat. Eating in alignment with the body’s natural rhythm, choosing warm and nourishing foods, and practicing mindful eating without distractions all support optimal digestion and absorption.
This workshop will be held every Thursday from the beginning of May until the end of August.
