In this workshop, you will learn practical lifestyle tools drawn from Yogic science, Ayurveda, and modern research to support stress reduction and nervous system balance. The session includes guided yoga asanas, pranayama (breathwork), mantra and chanting practices, along with dietary recommendations using foods and herbs known to support healthy cortisol regulation.

This workshop offers an integrative and educational approach to understanding stress, helping you build sustainable daily practices that support hormonal balance, digestion, sleep, energy levels, and emotional wellbeing.

Divyangana Choudhary is an Internationally Certified Health Coach from India, specialising in hormone and gut health with a strong foundation in Ayurveda and yogic sciences. She has completed 1,750 hours of traditional Hatha Yoga teacher training at the Isha Yoga Center and has over three years of experience teaching Anatomy and Ayurveda in yoga teacher training programs. Her work bridges ancient healing traditions with modern science to support long-term health, resilience, and balance.
