Thai Massage is a bodywork practice, which blends yoga-like stretching with acupressure on a floor mat, aiming to improve flexibility, energy flow, and overall well-being. This 2h Workshop involves a basic hands-on practice: where you will be laying on a yoga mat giving and receiving massage.

You will be fully clothed. Please wear comfortable clothing > loose cotton is best, but yoga pants are ok.

Depending on the needs of the students on any given day, you might learn some theory or just practical instruction.

No need for a partner. Open to all levels.
