This 75-minute Yin class creates space to gently unwind tension held in the body, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance from within.

Divyangana Choudhary is an Internationally Certified Health Coach from India, specialising in hormone and gut health with a strong foundation in Ayurveda and yogic sciences. She has completed 1,750 hours of traditional Hatha Yoga teacher training at the Isha Yoga Center and has over three years of experience teaching Anatomy and Ayurveda in yoga teacher training programs. Her approach integrates ancient wisdom with modern research to support deep rest, healing, and long-term wellbeing.
