Yin Yang - Divyangana
Yin Yang Yoga is a balanced yoga class that combines two complementary energies within the body: Yin, which is calm and restorative, and Yang, which is active and energizing. The class begins with Yang-style yoga, featuring dynamic and flowing movements designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and generate warmth while synchronizing breath with movement.
In the second half of the class, the practice shifts into Yin Yoga, a slower and more meditative approach where poses are held for longer periods to target deeper connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and invite a deep sense of relaxation for both body and mind.
