Yinspiration: a special Yin Yoga class

Experience the original Yin Yoga as taught by Yin Yoga founder Paul Grilley. This 75 mins class will explore all the functional yin poses sequenced with a focus for curious exploration into all the various Yin Yoga archetypes, including some novel and creative ways of using props to enhance the stretching effects of the poses.

All experience levels are welcome.
