"Your Voice, Your Mirror" is a powerful 2-hour workshop designed to help you discover, reclaim, and heal your voice. Whether you’re seeking to express yourself more confidently in daily life, break through deep-seated fears around singing or performance, or refine your vocal technique, this holistic approach will support you in singing with joy and awareness.

The workshop combines vocal exercises with Theta Healing techniques to help remove subconscious blocks, limiting beliefs, and emotional barriers that hinder your ability to express yourself fully. During the session, you'll engage in a variety of vocal practices—including the activation of breath, improvisation, pitch and range exercises—while also experiencing the deep healing power of Theta Healing to dissolve old beliefs around your voice and self-expression. The event will take place in the sacred space of the Quantum Sound Dome, where you can experience the beautiful resonance of the voice. 

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with not only a strengthened and more confident voice but also a deeper sense of self-love, trust, and safety in your ability to communicate and perform. Whether you're a beginner, an experienced singer, or simply someone ready to step into your authentic expression, this workshop will support you in finding and amplifying your true voice.

About the facilitator 
Hanna Williams has a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a certified practitioner of Theta Healing®. She is also a singer-songwriter and has released two albums and several singles. Hanna is an experienced facilitator of sound healings, Kirtans, singing circles, as well as one on one singing classes. She approaches singing from a fun and playful perspective, and yet being efficient in working towards a noticeable change in her client’s vocal expressions.

• ⁠In order to get the discounted price, participants have to show their KTP upon check-in at Udara on the event date.
• ⁠As an "Adults-Only Resort" the minimum age for staying at Udara and visiting our facilities is 14 years.
• ⁠For special events, doors close 15 minutes after start and latecomers will not be accepted. Tickets will not be refunded if you show up too late. 
• ⁠When coming to Udara classes or events, you agree that the Udara staff might take pictures and videos for documentation and promotion. 
• ⁠Please do not bring your dog to Udara.
